Many of us eat out by choice or as a business practice. Whatever might be our reason, we want to enjoy our experience. Here are a few tips to continue our journey. Split your food and ask the waitress to save it for your next meal. Choose non-starchy veggies such as broccoli, cauliflower, yam, and salad. Be the slower eater at the table. Chew every bite, flavor each bite, and think about what you are eating. Put your fork down between bites. Talk with others at the table.
